Reservations & Policies
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total amount by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. There is usually a 2 night minimum on weekends and for efficiency units, depending on the season. There is usually a 2 night minimum during the In Season and a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. Occasionally rooms are available for 1 night stays. Call for information or you may try to book a single night on line.We encourage you to book through our Reservations page. Last minute Specials and Packages may not appear through commercial booking sites. If you book through one of our booking partners, you will need to cancel through the site where you booked your trip.

All rates are based on double occupancy.
Gilbert can accommodate up to 4 people at the following rates:
Children under 12 accompanied by an adult, no charge.
Each additional person over 12 will be charged $35, maximum 4 per occupancy.
NO REFUNDS for early departures, no shows, or mandatory evacuations. We strongly encourage trip interruption insurance through companies such as Travel Guard, in case of personal emergencies or storms.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE. DEPOSIT LESS $20.00 USD HANDLING FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.
We are a no smoking facility. Guests involved will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
CHECK-IN after 4:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 11:00 a.m. Should you be a late arrival, after 6:00 pm, please call to advise, and we will be happy to make other arrangements if necessary.
